The Emergency Preparedness (EP) program works to coordinate federal and state policies with planning efforts at the local level. Our EP Planner collaborates with partners in the community to coordinate resources and emergency response plans and activities to provide the best protection through preparation, response, and recovery operations for Santa Rosa County citizens from man-made and naturally occurring disasters.

Preparedness items have been permanently exempted from Florida sales tax.
