Immunizations are provided free for eligible children ages 6 weeks to 18 years through the Vaccines for Children Program.
Adults (age 19 years and older) will be charged a fee. Contact the Florida Department of Health in Santa Rosa County for adult immunization information.
Immunizations are offered by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, call 850-983-5200 and select option 3.
