Immunizations (shots) are provided free for eligible children ages 6 weeks - 18 years through the Vaccines for Children program.
Adults (age 19 years and up) will be charged a fee. Please contact the Santa Rosa Department of Health for available adult vaccines.
Immunizations, and immunization related needs, are offered by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, call 850-983-5200 and select option 3.
