Join Us for a Special Event celebrating World Breastfeeding Week!
Celebrate World Breastfeeding Week with a short, relaxing yoga session followed by a delicious Smoothie Bar, packed with fresh fruits and veggies! This event is designed to support and empower pregnant and breastfeeding moms while promoting wellness and nutrition.
Infants & Toddlers are Welcome!
Event Highlights:
- Mindful Moments – Learn simple techniques to calm the mind and reduce tension with gentle yoga stretches and simple breathing exercises.
- Nutrition-Focused Smoothie Bar – Blend your own WIC-approved smoothies using fresh, seasonal ingredients, which can be purchased with your monthly Fruit/Veggie benefits and/or your Farmers’ Market benefits.
- Breastfeeding Support & Resources – Connect with lactation experts and peer counselors for guidance and encouragement.
- Social & Community Connection – Meet other moms, share experiences, and celebrate your breastfeeding journey together in a supportive space.
