FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IN SANTA ROSA COUNTY CLINICS AND SERVICES SUSPENDED BY ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR

Milton, FL – By order of Florida Governor Rick Scott, state offices in all 67 counties, including the Florida Department of Health in Santa Rosa County (DOH-Santa Rosa), will be closed on Friday, September 8, 2017. Pending weather updates, all DOH-Santa Rosa offices will reopen Monday, September 11, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. Central Standard Ttime.

  • All DOH-Santa Rosa clinics, and other servicesprovided by DOH-Santa Rosa, will be suspended on Friday, September 8, 2017. Clients with appointments scheduled for Friday, September 8, 2017, may call 850-983-5200 on Monday, September 11, 2017, to reschedule their appointment.
  • ProMed Dental servicesat DOH-Santa Rosa will be suspended on Friday September 8, 2017. Patients who have dental appointments with ProMed Dental may call 850-564-2248 to reschedule.
