No Shots, No School, No Kidding! 

Milton, FL – The Florida Department of Health in Santa Rosa County would like to remind parents that immunizations are required for students entering Kindergarten or 7th grade in the coming school year. In an effort to provide additional opportunities for parents to obtain the required vaccines, the health department will offer extended clinic hours at the Milton location, 5527 Stewart Street, beginning July 27 through August 17.

Regular Immunization Clinic hours at the Milton facility are Monday and Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Immunizations are provided on a walk in basis and are free for eligible children from the age of 2 months through 18 years. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Documentation of guardianship is required. Parents are asked to bring a copy of the child’s immunization record with them.

In addition to regular hours, the extended schedule for the Milton clinic will be:

July 27 to July 29 (Monday – Wednesday)

8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

July 30 (Thursday)

8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

August 6, August 13 and August 17

8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
